Cancellation charges may apply where a professional has already been assigned or dispatched.
Refunds may be granted in cases of service failure, duplicate payments, or verified complaints.
Refunds, where approved, shall be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Platform fees, convenience fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
